For the opening sequence I wanted to film and edit a journey to suit the directors vision, we filmed a variety of shots from different angles. I also created a production logo and ident, to anchor the short film and add some legitimacy.
I thought it would be a good idea to utilise the LED lights to light up the dark wood scenes so I would have more room to colour correct the footage in post.
I made sure that we filmed some shot through double framing such as through the trees in order to create a sense of voyerism.
The title font was created by Adam, I put it with the time-lapse moonlight video that I had previously filmed for another project, I used some transition effects to split the two different scenes up.
I used blackness to link thew two scenes together, the sound design would link the two scenes.
